The check in for this rental was abysmal. Disinterested workers, long line. Took over an hour to get our car. The two girls working the desk were the worst two employees I have ever experienced. They reflect poorly on the management of Budget in the Cleveland Hopkins operation.

Everything was good except the dropoff. There was no one there when dropping of the vehicle and it was not clear where to park the vehicle. This process is a lot smoother at other rental car companies.

The first car we got keys for smelled like cigarette smoke. The second car was dirty inside with finger prints and smudges everywhere. It was obvious this car had not been disinfected after its last use. My husband had cancer treatment recently and I wasn’t happy he was driving a dirty car. We weee late to where we were going so we didn’t have time to get a third car swap.

It was good experience and quick pick up and drop off. The only thing is the first car assign to us had flat tire but quickly switched it to a different one.

Very poor customer service. I reserved a pickup truck and was given a small SUV when there were many trucks in the lot. The staff member did not greet or communicate verbally with me during the interaction. More than a little off putting but I didn't complain. My reservation had been made months ahead of time so when I realized I had been given the wrong vehicle, I went back to the staff member who then gave me keys to one of the many trucks, though again, this was done without her saying a word. All I did was walk up and say 'hello' in a friendly manner. Not at all a good experience. I feel like if she saw my reservation and didn't want to give me a truck before I went out in the pouring rain to find an SUV, then she should have mentioned it?
