Cheap Car Rentals in Arts District, Las Vegas

The only thing that was kind of a hassle was that Thrifty was supposed to be open until midnight. We got there at 11:30 and they were closed. We had to go to their partner company, had to get in line with all of their clients, along with all of their partners clients. Didn't get our car until well after 1 o'clock. We did get a nice upgrade for our trouble though, which was a VERY nice surprise.

They were bad at communicating

We were told that there were no cars available even though we had a reservation. We were told our options were to return the next morning and hope a car was returned in the meantime or to find a vehicle from a different company, which we did successfully. When we attempted to get our deposit back, we were told that since we didn't call for a resolution at the desk that we wouldn't have our deposit returned. We are currently in the grievance process to reclaim the deposit.

We travel all over the world, for work and vacations. We hire a lot of cars ! This was probably the best car hire centre We have been in !!! What amazing staff, such a clean office and thanks for the free upgrade . Sixth should be proud of the staff here. Shout out to Anthony !

The vehicle was nice, the convenience was great and the price was unbeatable

Toooooooo long & horrible to recount

Had to wait an hour for the shuttle. Then got in line and waited 1.5 hours to get the car. Then they added $167 fee to go out of state which is not In the original agreement. This place is TERRIBLE!
