Cheap Car Rentals in Rancho Oakey, Las Vegas

Overcharged cost me 2 lose the rental time I needed billed twice for same serviceat 2 totally different figures I wouldn't use Avis if they were the only car rental available Total jerks-didn't even apologize for their screwup

Pick up was great Carl was clean simple and easy what more can I say

It felt like they had a determined goal of getting the most money out of me and my family after the initial offer we responded on. They sold insurance at an obscure price.

Everything was great but I don't know why I can use my insurance covert

Instead of waiting 25 minutes to have my economy rental cleaned the agent should’ve offered me the full size upgrade at no additional cost not $10/day

Start to finish was a breeze. No up selling , just focused on good service

They make you pay for there expensive insurance which is more then the rental! The rental agent lied and said my insurance will not cover me . Travel time to site from the airport is terrible! Expect to add on a couple hours to your trip from the airport! Scam!

Is it Clinton that was at the counter. He deserves a raise. He has such great customer service. I'll definitely use Ace next time solely because of him.

Pickup and drop off was quick and easy. Too many additional cost. Thinking daily cost rental is $31 then a pile on of other charges on top making the rental 16 x $31 per day. Disappointing.

The car smelled like weed when I received it. It didn't matter how much I had the windows open, every time I got back in the car after it was closed up, it reeked of weed again. When I booked the rental Expedia, my receipt said all taxes and fees were included, but when I picked the car up from Hertz, I was charged over $140 in additional taxes and fees. Their customer service would not help with this issue, and repeatedly said I had to contact Expedia.

Got over charged

The offer was fraudulent. Hertz tried to substitute a car that was NOT equivalent to the advertised model. Our family would not fit in the substitute car, nor would it be able to travel to our destination. We were forced to pay hundreds of dollars more to get the vehicle advertised. Furthermore, Hertz recorded the vehicle as fully charged when it was only 38% charged. If we had not taken pictures to prove this, we would have been fraudulently charged an additional $35. We returned with vehicle with double this amount. The charging settings were also adjusted suspiciously to stop at 79%. Had we not noticed (or had proof of not being charged to begin with), the setting would prevent charging to the 80% level needed to avoid the $35 charge. I am considering making a formal protest to the state attorney.

There were no cars available at scheduled pick up time despite having a reservation, no clarity from agents on when one would be available.

They did not have any cars for me, so I had to put in a bunch of time and effort finding another rental agency that did.

The company tries to force you to get a bigger car at double the price you book. They say that kayak takes reservations for cars they don’t have. On top of that they require a utility bill and $750 deposit if you’re a local to Las Vegas. Apparently it says that in the booking notes (which nobody ever reads carefully). I had to cancel the reservation and booked with Fox but that caused a delay in my plans.

The two people ahead of us were refused their booking amounts as booked through third party, such as your site., and turned away unless willing to pay between $100-150 US added amount. Both left in anger. Our service attendant forced additional insurance at $150 US, claiming it was not optional as they would not accept our Canadian insurance. My insurance from Canada has been accepted for the last 25 years in Las Vegas no problems. We called head office in Orlando and then attended the next day and had it reversed. Car windshield interior was very dirty to the point it was a hazard to drive in the evening sun, to see pedestrians. Will never rent from Advantage again. We will be contacting the owner in Orlando regarding the rental employees tactics.

The price they quoted us onsite vs kayak was very different. They added on extra fees & taxes. They even asked us for the Declarations page of our car insurance in order to remove their extra coverage off our reservation. It went from $80 to $150. You need to communicate with them to be able to give us a more realistic quote. The shuttle was another story. We jumped on the main car rental shuttle only to find out afterwards that we needed to jump on ANOTHER shuttle after that to get to Advantage. There was no sign or anything directing us on how to get to Advantage. We had to ask where Advantage was to find out we had to take another shuttle. The Advantage shuttle driver was very nice & sweet.

The reservation I made wasn’t recorded so I had to pay three times as much Otherwise fine

We got the van on the mystery special and that was great. The check in was horrible. It took FOREVER because we refused to buy the extra insurance as we had purchased private insurance at home. The lady badgered us and bullied us endlessly and would not let up. Finally she handed us the car keys. We had to come back and ask her what kind of car we were driving as she didn’t bother to mention it.

The booking agent was very helpful.

Hidden fees made it a lot more expensive than advertised. Car was good.

My plans changed and basically lost all my money because I couldn’t pick up the car
