Reserved. Full sized SUV. Hertz sold vehicle. But. Didn't bother to have. Same sized replacement vehicle to be reserved.Got to airport. They tried to rent a full size passenger car. We rented full size SUV from Avis with cheaper price .

The vehicles wasn’t cleaned before I received it. Smelled like old smoke which made my clothes smell bad and had about 15 used tissues in the center console.

I booked a car starting at 12pm. At 1pm I arrived for pickup and no cars were ready. I was told to wait 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes I checked in again and was told cars were probably ready but nobody was answering their phones. After an hour of waiting I cancelled the rental. Absolutely horrible and frustrating experience.

I liked the fact that I was able to visit my Family and I didn’t like anything about this Rental experience with Budget. What could be better is They should give you the car you paid for and if they can’t accommodate you then a discount should be given for the down size of a car. I paid to get a SUV a CX-5 and ended up with a Chevy Malibu instead with no discount. The lady was so Rude I wanted to cancel my whole reservation. I will never rent from their ever again and don’t recommend anyone use them
