The staff was professional but seemed disorganized and relatively slow on check out. I wish they could have given a quick tutorial on the instruments. They left the hazards and it took forever to find them and turn them off. Also, the adaptive cruise control either did not work or was not equipped on the suburban. I jave a ‘21 Ford Explorer and it can almost drive itself. The ‘23 Suburban either was not equipped with it or it does not function the same as the Ford. I think Chevy has super cruise where the vehicle drives itself. Considering how much I paid the rent the vehicle, I was surprised it did not have this feature. Otherwise, the car ran very well.

The Chevy Malibu I was given had a terrible, nauseating smell. Even upon return, the staff member agreed. It had a strong chemical odor that gave me a headache almost every day.
